We booked this place for a long weekend and it exceeded expectations across the board. Check-in was effortless — lockbox code came in advance, instructions were clear, and we were settled in minutes.The space was exactly as advertised: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a patio we practically lived on in the evenings. The AC handled the Florida heat without issue, and the coastal décor felt warm rather than generic.The Marco Island location was the real bonus — easy access to the beach and local restaurants, but tucked away enough to actually feel like a getaway. The host was responsive and left genuinely useful local recommendations that we ended up following.We’d book again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Location was great and convenient to shopping. Our only complaint is the bedroom was warm as there are no ceiling fans in the unit and the air conditioner control is timed to decrease the temperature.

We liked security and how clean was the apartment. How far was the beach. But it was not your fault.

Condo was clean and comfortable and matched the photos and description. Location was great. Our only issue that has nothing to do with the host was the female security guard Maria. We arrived after the office closed. We had been there about 30 seconds and hadn’t even unpacked the car. My girlfriend was out of the car and I was getting out when the security guard wanted to see our parking pass from her. I explained what our host told me and she said the host was incorrect or I misunderstood the instructions. What could have been a 20 second interaction turned into 10 minutes. The following day she constantly harassed people at the pool about yeti and plastic cups. Several other people were complaining about her demeanor towards renters. It was obvious that she knew who the permanent residents were and who the renters were. The owners were drinking Bloody Marys out of glass cups and she ignored them but gave the renters a hard time about even water bottles on the pool deck.

Beautiful property and scenery Nothing

The condo was easy to get into and the place has an excellent view of the river and sunrise. It had everything we needed and was very spacious for two people. There are a few walkable restaurants (The Snook Inn and Mareks). We absolutely loved Mareks. It is a drive to the beach but we knew that beforehand. The balcony is a lovely place to sit. You are in a condo so there are rules (ie. no drink cups in/near pool, etc.) so be aware of that. This is a quiet spot perfect for adults looking for a restful vacation.

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It was very clean and everything seemed to be in order. We especially enjoyed the time at the pool and playing pickle ball. It was just a little confusing getting through the gate and into the complex when we first arrived but after that it wasn’t a problem. Loved the view. We would stay again if we’re in the area. Thanks.
