-Full refund: Cancel 30 or more days before your check-in date and we’ll refund 100% of your payment.

-No refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Example: If your check-in is March 31, you can cancel for a full refund through March 1. From March 2 on, the reservation is non-refundable.
