Overall, we had a good stay, and the host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt throughout our visit, and whenever we had an issue, the host responded quickly and did their best to address it. We also really appreciated that the home was well-equipped for families, with plenty of baby gear and toys for the kids, which made traveling much easier.The home itself is a bit dated, but it was functional and had what we needed.The biggest downside was the mosquito situation which seems to be worse in the house versus the rest of the town. This made it nearly impossible to enjoy the outdoor spaces, which was disappointing since those amenities were one of the reasons we booked the property. We also experienced mosquitoes inside the house and ended up purchasing multiple mosquito traps to make our stay more comfortable.If the mosquito issue is addressed, this would be a much more enjoyable property, especially for families looking to spend time outdoors.

Such a great property and the owners were always just a message away for anything we needed. Amenities were all very fun and we had just as much fun staying on the property as we did going out to our activities. Would recommend this property as well as Calm Cove rentals to any and everyone, we all had a great time.

All in all our family had a great time! A few things I feel need to be addressed are the pool and the yard. It was very hard to keep the pool clean with rainy weather and dirt and sand being washed into the pool. I had to call a few times to have it cleaned and they were very responsive. The back yard needs a lot of attention. It feel neglected. Would have liked to look out into a beautiful yard while in the pool. I also would have liked a vacuum. I prefer to clean up after ourselves but nothing to clean with. Great space inside and outside patio little noisy being on that road at times but overall a great space snd we had a great time!

Overall, it was just ok. When we arrived the pool was drained and they were re-filling it with the hose. The pool guy asked my husband and my friends’ husband to turn it off in a couple hours when it fills. It didn’t fill throughout the entire night and they were getting up in the middle of the night at least 3 times to make sure it wasn’t going to overflow. The pool guys was supposed to return early to treat the pool and he didn’t come back until after 11am, so we had to change plans and go to the beach since we had kids that wanted to be in the water. I told the owners all of this and they just told me thank you for your patience. Didn’t even apologize or offer anything for the horrible night we had checking on the pool. We also had a lock issue with the front door a few times and the owners weren’t very accommodating of that and wouldn’t sent a maintenance guy, rather, sent instructions on how we need to reset it. Overall, issues handled unprofessionally while we were guests.

Spacious and clean. The layout was a bit strange. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, there is one big room with kitchenette, sofa, and bathroom and an additional bedroom without a bathroom. It worked well for our group, but may not work for everyone. They made great use of the backyard, entertainment wise. Plenty of things for the kids to do along with areas for the adults to lounge. The pool table is in need of attention, the felt was ripped and it is bowing in the center. With that said, the hosts were very responsive. There were a few useful things missing in the kitchen and they made sure to order it and have it delivered the next day. Overall a great stay.

Calm cove rentals was amazing! Our air bnb was gorgeous and clean and they were so responsive everytime I had a question or needed help with anything! 10/10 reccomend !
