How does check-in and check-out work?

Check-in and check-out are completely contactless. You’ll receive a personalized digital guidebook and door code before arrival, making it easy to come and go on your schedule.

This home was absolutely wonderful and made for an incredible family vacation. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and immediately felt welcoming. The pool was beautiful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax together as a family. The location was also ideal — just a short drive to excellent restaurants, the beach, and Publix, which made everything very convenient. Spacious and clean. The layout was a bit strange. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, there is one big room with kitchenette, sofa, and bathroom and an additional bedroom without a bathroom. It worked well for our group, but may not work for everyone. They made great use of the backyard, entertainment wise. Plenty of things for the kids to do along with areas for the adults to lounge. The pool table is in need of attention, the felt was ripped and it is bowing in the center. With that said, the hosts were very responsive. There were a few useful things missing in the kitchen and they made sure to order it and have it delivered the next day. Overall a great stay.
