Spacious and clean. The layout was a bit strange. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, there is one big room with kitchenette, sofa, and bathroom and an additional bedroom without a bathroom. It worked well for our group, but may not work for everyone. They made great use of the backyard, entertainment wise. Plenty of things for the kids to do along with areas for the adults to lounge. The pool table is in need of attention, the felt was ripped and it is bowing in the center. With that said, the hosts were very responsive. There were a few useful things missing in the kitchen and they made sure to order it and have it delivered the next day. Overall a great stay.
