How does check-in and check-out work?

Check-in and check-out are completely contactless. You’ll receive a personalized digital guidebook and door code before arrival, making it easy to come and go on your schedule.

Who do I contact if I need help during my stay?

You’ll always have access to our local team. We’re available before, during, and after your stay to assist with anything you need—questions, recommendations, or unexpected issues.

Are the homes professionally cleaned and inspected?

Absolutely. Each property is professionally cleaned, thoroughly inspected, and prepared to the highest standards before every arrival. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

In many cases, yes. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability, but we’re always happy to accommodate when possible. Just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

The condo was easy to get into and the place has an excellent view of the river and sunrise. It had everything we needed and was very spacious for two people. There are a few walkable restaurants (The Snook Inn and Mareks). We absolutely loved Mareks. It is a drive to the beach but we knew that beforehand. The balcony is a lovely place to sit. You are in a condo so there are rules (ie. no drink cups in/near pool, etc.) so be aware of that. This is a quiet spot perfect for adults looking for a restful vacation.

Told management company spa light was not working on our first day of arrival. No one came out to fix the spa light. No spare sheets, no extra towels, no beach towels. Security alarm for the house since our arrival to the house would beep consistently every morning and was not fixed till the end of our stay. All of these items should have been checked prior to arrival instead of tenant having to let management company know about what is lacking or needs to be fixed. For the amount of money spent for one week, was expecting first class service. Asked them to at least extend our checkout time one hour later, of course, not accommodating our family. Cannot speak to a live person. All communication done through email. Management company prefers it that way hiding behind technology.
